CANCELLATION POLICY
The following fees will be charged for cancellations:
- Up to 14 days before the scheduled date: 80%
- From 14 days before the scheduled date until the scheduled date, or in case of no-show: 100%
If a substitute participant is named, a €30 processing fee will be charged, and the cancellation fee will be waived.
