CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event of cancellation, the following fees will be retained:
- up to 14 days before the respective date: 80%
- from 14 days until the respective appointment or in case of no-show: 100%
If a replacement person is named, a processing fee of €30 will be charged - noch cancellation fee!
